Careers

Come make one o'clock the best part of the day.

TinBela is a small team cooking home-style Bengali meals for Dhaka offices — and doing the hundred unglamorous things that get a hot, honest lunch to the desk on time. We hire rarely, and carefully.

What it's like here

A small team doing an unglamorous thing exceptionally well.

Lunch is a logistics problem in a hospitality costume. Someone has to plan the menu, cook it fresh, route the bikes, answer the desk whose order went sideways, and keep the ledger honest to the taka. We do all of it, as a small team, without pretending any of it is glamorous.

That means real ownership early, few layers between an idea and the plate, and a bias for the person eating at one o'clock over the org chart. If you like your work measured in whether the food showed up hot, you'll like it here.

The teams behind a lunch

Four kinds of people, one hot plate

It takes all four to put lunch on a desk. This is the shape of the company — not a list of open roles.

Kitchen & production

Planning the rotating menu, cooking it fresh each morning, and holding the line on quality when the order count climbs.

Delivery & operations

Routing the bikes, hitting the one o'clock window, and making the logistics invisible to the person who's just hungry.

Product & engineering

The software that takes orders a day ahead, runs the wallet honestly, and gives the kitchen a plan it can trust.

Customers & partnerships

Onboarding the offices, setting up corporate plans, and being the calm voice when a desk's lunch needs sorting.

Open roles

Nothing posted right now.

We hire rarely and deliberately — a role opens when the work genuinely needs it, and it shows up here when it does. But if you've read this far and think you belong on this team, we'd like to hear from you before there's a posting. Tell us what you'd want to work on and why TinBela — a real person reads every note.

The truest sense of the work is the product itself — this week's menu, the wallet, the whole quiet machine that gets lunch to a desk.
