1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TinBela (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Services
TinBela connects corporate offices with hygiene-verified home kitchens and catering services in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We facilitate meal subscriptions but do not prepare or deliver food directly.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Meal subscription payments are processed through your TinBela wallet. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient balance. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Subscriptions can be cancelled with at least 24 hours notice before the next delivery day. Refunds for cancelled orders will be credited back to your wallet balance.
6. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for food quality, hygiene standards, and timely preparation. TinBela does not guarantee the quality of meals from individual vendors.
